I’m extremely disappointed with Sklum.

It has been over one month since my order (sofa and two tables) was taken back because the sofa couldn’t be delivered due to its size. All items were returned together.

Since then, I’ve contacted customer service many times and received completely contradictory information. First, I was told the items were on the way back, then that the tables would be delivered separately, and later that the shipment is still in Vienna.

Customer service keeps repeating the same vague answers like “we have not received the items,” without providing any tracking or clear information. At one point, they even closed the chat without resolving anything.

I contacted the transport company myself, and they confirmed in writing that all items were returned together on March 11 to Germany via Hermes. This clearly shows that Sklum has not been tracking the return properly.

It is not my responsibility to track the shipment between Sklum and Hermes. This should be handled internally by the company.

After one month, I still have no refund and no clear answers. I expect a full refund.

Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience.
They said they will contact me but they didn’t. I am starting to feel that I never get back my money.
