I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order (XXSLCRPQJ) on April 2nd and requested a cancellation shortly after. On April 3rd, I received a confirmation that the order was cancelled. However, the next day (April 4th), the status was mysteriously changed back to "Order Confirmed" without my consent.

I have been trying to get my € 344,94 back, but I am stuck talking to virtual assistants and bots. This is a pre-order for a bed that isn't even available until June, so there is no reason why this refund hasn't been processed yet.

SKLUM, please process my refund immediately. I have proof of the initial cancellation confirmation.
