The service you get from the Retailer doesn't always equate with the cost of the vehicle you are purchasing, maybe it should, but in my experience it does not.I have just had the very best new car buying experience of my motoring life with Startin Skoda at Powick, Worcester.Cheryl Darby was the Sales Executive who dealt with me from start to finish.From my initial phone call enquiry through to delivery and drive away , she has been absolutely superb, friendly, helpful, humorous, nothing was a problem, advice on buying options, video message updates on delivery progress and so on. There simply is not enough space here to cover her totally professional approach to Customer service. A real lesson in how it should be done! five stars plus.
