Ok service but would not use again or recommend. Nice enough guy but website very unclear. Took about 1/4 of items that needed removing supposedly reaching weight capacity (which given that the items were clothing and general household I struggle to see how it did). Booked biggest van at £190 and it left half empty. Sorely disappointed and annoyed at expense. Weight restriction not on website just 16 washing machines given as size guide. Not at all worth the money!
