The last time I purchased the menu, I requested a refund due to a black screen issue. I bought it again recently after hearing the bug was fixed, but when I logged in, my account was suspended. I was told it was due to my refund request, a rule that isn’t displayed anywhere. I asked if they could lift the suspension.
