So Disappointing

My wife wanted one of these skulls for some time. I tried to buy her one for Xmas. The order took some time to even be shipped not the two weeks that they state online. Reaching out to the customer service email is pointless they just tell you it would be two weeks from order date. Shipping charge is high on top of that you get another charge for $40+ for a duty charge. The skull came broken and the horns are not able to be mounted on. Id have to take it some place to get it fixed. Per the website you can return up to 30 days but they have no responded to any emails in order to return it. Needless to say she wont be getting the other one she wanted and for $1000+ spent I would expect more from a co.
