Customer service was the worst! Online it states the skull would be shipped two weeks after order. 3 weeks later reached out to see what was going on. I got an email stating item would be shipped two weeks from order date.. Well duh! So I wrote again the next email was just annoying saying she didnt know because they were so busy. After some time I told them just to cancel the order. They then came back said it would ship whatever date if not they would cxl and refund my money. It never shipped reached out again and they finally shipped it. I had to pay another fee for a duty fee. It got here the back was broken. There is no hardware to hang it so finally trying to hang it neither of the horns fit AT ALL not even close!! I have reached out a few times with no response. Disgusting you pay $1000 for something and its an experience like this
