I find this company disorganized and somewhat dishonest. I have made several purchases through their website and encountered multiple significant issues. An order of six skulls was mistakenly sent to another customer, and instead of remedying the situation, they provided me with his personal information and told me to send it to him. I also ordered a crystal sphere with a promised 3-6 day shipping timeframe, and it has been over a month with no item or shipping information. I attempted to place a custom order for a six-inch skull; after paying a deposit and being told it would take two weeks, it has taken nearly two months, and when they finally showed me the skull, it was a different style and much smaller. The representative suggested the carver was likely intoxicated and didn’t follow instructions. The mistakes are numerous, and they do not address the issues. Although some products are beautiful, I cannot recommend this company.
