It took me 30 minutes to reach this point, only to wait over 40 minutes in a queue. I eventually gave up, unable to accomplish something so simple. The option to manage my direct debit on my account has frozen, leaving me unable to resolve the issue. I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription.
