Just an update for customers: I was cut off from my phone line yesterday! As a registered disabled person, my phone is my only means of communication. The company pressured me to pay an outstanding bill (which I'm disputing) before I could lodge a complaint about their terrible service! A representative is supposed to call me today regarding my complaint, which I will escalate to the authorities for investigation. After many years as a customer, I’m considering canceling my contracts due to the loss of trust in this organization.
