I received a package from sky to return a puck I had I returned it received an email thanking me, since then I have had 2 emails telling me that unless I returned the puck I would be charged. I emailed them explaining I had returned it and that they had sent me a email thanking me. SKY’S customer service is rubbish once my contract has run out I WILL NOT BE RENEWING.
