I really hope new customers read these reviews. Sky have went from one of the best companies that took pride in their customer service to by far the worst. I was with them for 15 years but the last year they've destroyed their customer service by getting rid of a lot of their call centres, x com support, live chat and online help. If you got an issue like I did with my broadband then you're most likely in for a tough time. Only way to contact is by call and half the time there's a voice message saying they're too busy to take the call and hangs up. When you finally do get connected usually you'll get someone who doesn't care about your issue. For example my broadband wouldn't work and Sky was hopeless at sending an engineer around. In fact they said they'd rather I leave without any penalty! That's how lazy and how much they care about your loyalty. Far too many customers to care who they lose! I know people who have been with them longer and have now left and today I've finally done the same. You can't be with a company that has no customer service.
