Have been a customer since the early nineties but am determined to cancel once I am out of contract. Was misled by one of their advisors in January 2025 about the price of a new deal which annoyed me greatly one I realised. Since then have had two cold calls from sky customer services which sounds like it’s set up in India. During each call as soon as I mentioned I was not happy with the price and I felt I I had not been given clear information or asked when my contract expired, I was instantly cut off . I don’t think that’s a coincidence, it’s just that they aren’t interested in speaking to you unless they think they can sell you something extra. Sky seriously need to review where they have outsourced their customer services to as they will be losing more customers than they gain. I am a so called diamond customer but all their customer handling leaves me with is a bitter after taste p.
