The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am registered as disabled and work from home. Well I used to!! 10 days ago Sky switched off my WiFi due to late payment. I have been a customer for over 20 years I may add. This was an error on my part and I paid straight away yet 10 days later I am still waiting to be reconnected. I have made numerous calls to their customer services (begging for help and in tears) and yet they have done nothing to support me. I have now lost my job due to being unable to work and my son is struggling to study for the most important exams of his life that start today. This company is a complete disgrace. If they had competition they wouldn’t even exist! I have an appointment today with my local citizens advice and also the local press. This company has destroyed my life yet can’t even return my call.
