We decided to "upgrade" to Sky Q, after wishing to cancel our Sky+ subscription.wWe were told that by switching to SkyQ, we would save £14 monthly, compared to what we were paying.That phone call, has now transpired to be the worst of my life!Hey, it's great we're saving money.Whoo hoo.But if you can't actually access & watch anything, then it's utterly pointless.Just a few hours after it was installed (in a huge hurry by the engineer), we seem unable to view anything at all.When we do, it keeps freezing for upwards of a couple of hours.It consistently fails to recognise our wifi - despite me watching the engineer set this aspect up.If you or anyone in your family happen to be partially sighted, please please please, do NOT get this.My wife is partially sighted & oh how clever of Sky, to come up with a system, whereby you can't enlarge the font size - easily done on Sky+ (our now defunct system).As I write this, we've had this awful mess for 36 hours.We hate it with a vengeance & I shall be contacting Sky to cancel altogether.I do not recommend this product.1* is very generous!
