Youve done all that. Then it goes again.Then theres the support line, which should be renamed the 'cardiac arrest' line because by the end of all the navigation issues, you get a representative who doesnt understand how to connect an account with an address. Reps are repeatedly told to service one location with an engineer and go to another location.Engineers are good though but..everything else is utter garbage.
