Joined sky 8 weeks ago, paid my first direct debit and then purposely made my 2nd one bounce (called bank and cancelled it) because it was twice the amount! Tried calling them to find out why and after over a week apparently 2nd payment is always 2 months worth, this was without warning........ Within days they’ve cut my tv and WiFi off, tried calling them again and have ended up spending 40 mins on the phone only to be told I’m mental because I won’t pay 2 months!!! Outraged by this I asked to speak to his superior or complaints department obviously he refused and cut me off!! So I called back 20 mins on the phone only for the complaints department to not even say hello .......... AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I WILL BE PAYING MY BILL AND PAYING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!
