SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO PROVIDE PHONELINESWhat a sorry carry on. Our phone line broke in Sept & sky managed to do nothing about it leaving us with no phone for over a week. All they wanted to do was blame Openreach which is all well & good but it's up to sky to provide us with the service that we're paying them for. Then to my disgust our phone line broke again on Tues 23rd October I have been battling with sky twice daily every day since to get our phone line fixed. We were told an engineer would be out to it on Thurs 25th NO ENGINEER we were then told that the engineer would be out on Fri 26th NO ENGINEER & guess what they don't work weekends according to sky (RUBBISH YOU JUST DONT WON'T TO PAY GIR WEEKEND WORK) Mon 29th told the engineer would be out NO ENGINEER. The engineer turned up Tues 30th (1 week later) but couldn't fix the fault came back on Weds 31st to then inform me that they needed till Nov 9th to arrange to fix the fault. REALLY ARE YOU TAKING THE MICHAEL !!! SHOCKING UNBELIEVABLE THAT IN 2018 YOU CAN'T REPAIR A PHONE LINE WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ??? Made even worse when we've just tried to cancel all sky products & they put the phone down on us. BAD BAD SERVICE
