Told to reboot the box which did not work by first so called helper.Nothing else offered.Second helper wanted to sell me broadband and sky sports. told me that within 48 hours I would have a new viewing card. One week later NOTHING.Third helper assured me that I will have a new viewing card within 48 hours and that the first one had not been sent.Current viewing card disabled, no sky channels.Forth helper said I would get a new card in 48 hours, and it was normal to disable the existing card.Question What do I pay Sky for when I have no Sky network? £50.50 pcmThis seems to be some sort of scam as I am paying for nothing.Will wait 48 hours before posting result of last call.
