Came of sky due to rubbish broadband was told cancellation fee was 129 now there saying 290 bit of a difference wouldn’t you say customer service is no go you get different things said to u by all different operators it’s like wat they tell u is out of a book apparently they received equipment back then they didn’t and tried to charge me and now they have received like omg seriously how do you expect to get returning customers in future when you treat the current ones so poorly the company needs to have a serious rethink. On a plus note q box was ok but apart from that I wouldn’t recommend as you will get arratic bills no customer service and a rubbish internet box that loses signal wen u walk into kitchen. I’d love someone from there company to actully give a dam and call me but I doubt very much that will happen. Shall consult my solicitor and get my bill down that way as I have all correspondence messages and emails from them
