Been playing on this site regularly for 14 years. The site used to be really great up until about a year ago. So many changes. Making everyone change their names, updating the site when there was nothing wrong with it and now they have blocked me from all promotions with no explanation. Talking to CS is completely useless, like talking to a brick wall they don't even know about anything going on. Can also be quite blunt and rude. Taking away the promotions was the final straw for me, will no longer give them my money and have gone to another site like a lot of old players. Seem to be weeding out the old players and giving everything to new players. Lost a long time customer here
