BEWARE!! I joined skybingo for the first time today. I was expecting a £20 bonus, and a further £30 when I deposited £10. I only received a £10 bonus. On calling I was told, by an extremely rude advisor, that I would receive a further £10 the next day. As for the £30, I was told I was not eligible as I didn't spend it on bingo, despite not deviating from the skybingo site. MORE CONCERNINGLY, they refused to delete my bank details, despite asking when i closed my account, as it was against their company policy?! OVERALL, A BAD EXPERIENCE.
