Had a great experience and won many sessions, but the withdrawal experience has been a nightmare. My request was accepted ages ago, but it has still not been completed. The customer support is giving me the 'please wait' speech, but my status is still the same. Yet to see a single cent of my money, and this is extremely disappointing.
