Bought an order, cancelled and asked for a refund due to "pro" not making any progress on what they were supposed to do after almost 2 day of matching.. i asked for a refund and staff continuously giving attitude. after about 1-2 hours or so just asking if i can get a refund they just tell me to email their accountant..
