Only gave 2* due to a previous order. This order I requested to have some levelling done and some blueprints found on Arc Raiders, ordered early in the morning, 5 hours later, not been assigned, requested for it be assigned to a pro soon as I didn't want it to run into the late night where I'd want to play after work. Which may I add this would give them a 13 hour time slot to do this in.....SO after complaining they decided to split my order. App or website is weird, doesn't specify which is which, Pro asked for my details to get logged in. I was happy as I "thought" he was about to begin, Successfully logged in and then said they were off to University and would start in about 3 hours time? So why assign this to someone who can't even start!!Other Pro didn't have a scooby on what was going on as neither did I. As I grew very frustrated by this I searched online for other websites who provide these services and literally spoke to someone on the other site and after ordering I had a pro started on my account within 15 minutes!!!Now this is where my anger grew.Obviously after being let down, I requested a cancellation and refund. The amount of times I got ignored and them "suggesting" that they add site credit with $10/15/20" cashback to help with an order in the future. After getting angry they stated they couldn't issue a refund in live chat and it would take 7 - 14 days for it to be issued but I would have to request this through email. Yet again, very frustrating.Wasn't happy about this, live chat said they'd mark it as urgent if I emailed. I emailed. one reply took 24 hours and not to help with my refund....yes you guessed it. an offer of site credit with cashback.I stated I only wanted a refund bluntly. YET AGAIN, they made another offer for site credit and cashback.It wasn't until I stated I'd be claiming it back through my bank to get the money back they finally did their job and issued my refund...which isn't in my account yet either.Only order if you're sure. If you want to cancel and be refunded. Goodluck.
