Pro was assigned and had zero communication for hours. Reached out to support and they said "Refund is possible but may take DAYS OR WEEKS so just wait" Ordered through another service and received order instantly. This is an awful service and even worse customer service.Edit: See their reply that states that someone from email has reached out and refund can be immediate? Thats a lie.All agents on email continue to push alternatives instead of refunding even though I stated 10+ times refund is all I want.Now agent advises senior leadership will be on in 6-8 hours even though I was told last night they work eu business hours.This entire company is just lie after lie after lie.
