Everything below is based on actual chat logs and emails.Day 1 – The Purchase (August 2)I contacted SkyCoach to buy a 6/6 Heroic Mogushan Vaults boost with 4 guaranteed items.Their sales rep (X) told me I could be in a raid within 60 minutes. Not “maybe,” not “estimated” — he stated it confidently.This timing was critical for me, and the only reason I purchased the service immediately.What actually happened?After I paid 177EUR, absolutely nothing happened for hours.No PRO assigned.No ETA.Just a long string of copy-paste “we’re checking” messages.⚠️ At this point the first major promise was broken:A 60-minute start turned into six, then twelve, then twenty-four hours.Day 2 – Endless Delay, No Answers (August 3)I kept asking for a realistic ETA or at least some clarity. Instead, I received:“We’re pushing the team.”“We’re doing our best.”“You’ll get a PRO soon.”No PRO was ever assigned.No time slot was provided.No one took responsibility.Meanwhile, the weekly reset was approaching, and I repeatedly told them the boost would be useless after reset, since I raid with my guild and needed the gear before reset.They acknowledged this but still did nothing.Day 3 – Still No Service, They Start Changing the Deal (August 4)More delays. Still no PRO.I explained again:I have limited time windows.The reset is tomorrow.If they cannot deliver before reset, I need a refund.Then the excuses started.1. They suggested I switch to piloted mode.I didn’t want that, but I said I could compromise if needed.2.
