Update: eventually provided a service which they promised was safe but got immediately banned. I flagged this to them but they have ignored me completely and provided no support - Avoid at all costs! I submitted an order and asked prior to ordering how long it would take. I was told it would take 2-3 hours for delivery. 12 hours later no progress at all had been made. Customer service provided no support and said a refund will take longer than just waiting but giving no timeframe to completion.I had a v poor experience and am awaiting a refund.
