Account got taken back by the seller and skycoach doesn't want to provide a refund or replacement even tho I provided clear evidence that the account was taken back from the seller. Edit: Only if I delete this review & if I purchase a new account (getting a discount) they believe the issue is settled. I had like 10 agents of theirs talking to me through chat and most of them had no idea what the convoy was about. Had to remind them to read the previous messages....Horrible customer service.
