Long story short I was given a link to place my order but the values set in the link were wrong and I ended up overpaying by almost 2.5 times the correct amount. Instead of just refunding me the difference the customer support refused and practically demanded I use it as store credit instead. When I turned them down they started claiming they were entitled to 30% of it which would've totaled to almost 100 euros which was almost as much as the actual order amount I was supposed to pay.
Mind you my order hasn't even been started yet but the second I point out how it's blatant theft both the customer service and accounting team ghost me for almost a week so far. This company is not trustworthy with your money. They'll unabashedly do anything they can to keep it and just pray you give up and let them do what they want.
