I purchased a service on Monday at 16:20, and now it's 01:10 on Tuesday night—my order has yet to be assigned or delivered. I've contacted the support team for a refund, but they continually suggest alternative services or store credit, which I have explicitly stated I do not want. The response time in the chat ranges from 30 to 45 minutes for each reply. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I sincerely hope to receive my order eventually, or at least a refund.
