I purchased an account, but the delivery took much longer than expected. When I requested a refund because it was advertised as 'instant delivery', the support team instructed me to email the accounting department to initiate the process. I followed their instructions but never received a reply, resulting in a loss of my money. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!
