I am sharing this because I've been stuck in a live chat for over 2 hours with an AI agent who is not processing my refund request. As a minor with a disability, I find the bot's deflection tactics unhelpful, and it has now gone offline. Previously, a representative from customer care was very supportive, but now I'm feeling ignored. According to state law, I have the right to speak with a human manager. I would appreciate if a supervisor could reach out to resolve this issue.
