I was told I would be connected with a pro player in 10-15 minutes, but it has now been around 8 hours with no progress. I reached out to an AI representative within the first 2 hours after placing my order, and they assured me they were doing their best to facilitate the connection quickly. Very disappointing customer service, especially after paying for express service.
