My order has still not been canceled, and my cancellation request continues to be ignored.
I only receive responses after posting reviews on Trustpilot. The two responses I received from the accounting team both came shortly after I submitted Trustpilot reviews. Outside of that, my emails and follow-ups go unanswered.
Despite repeatedly making it clear that the service is no longer needed due to the delay, I continue to be told that a pro has been assigned. This is no longer relevant. The delay in finding a pro (which took approximately a week) made the service unnecessary.
I was under the impression that the order had already been canceled, yet more delays continue.
I have been told that refunds take 5–10 business days after initiation. It has now been six business days, and the refund has still not even been initiated.
