literally the worst customer service i have been told "just wait a little longer" my order hasnt been started and at this point i dont think it will. i have reached out to their "customer account" team for a refund but still no one has messaged/emailed me. a bunch of scammers who just want you to hit top priority on your order to get you extra 12 dollars to SCREW you over.
