Borderline theft. I paid for express delivery of gold within WoW Classic which is advertised as deliverable within 5 - 60 minutes, here I am a week later fighting with a robotic customer service team giving me the same response ("Let me check" being their favourite) and receiving very little help. Upon requesting a refund, they do their very best to offer you another service in place of this one, but I don't see why I should when this is the easiest one to offer!
I had emailed their accounting team to process the refund as requested and I am getting the same nonsense responses and trying to offer alternative responses. Issue my refund now, this is beyond unacceptable now and it is insulting.
