I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel completely misled.

I was told that if I paid an additional 11.38€ for Super Express start and delivery speed, my order would receive priority treatment. I agreed and paid the extra fee. However, my order was never given Super Express status.

This was even confirmed by my assigned PRO, who told me that from their end nothing showed the order as express and that it was to be treated as a standard delivery. So what exactly did I pay 11.38€ for?

When I contacted support, the representative confirmed that I had indeed paid for Super Express — yet they never informed the PRO to treat it as such. Instead of correcting the issue, I was ignored for two hours. Then another support agent stepped in and did the exact same thing: excuses, delays, and no action.

I repeatedly explained that I felt robbed of the 11.38€, since my order was clearly not treated as Super Express. I was told that if I “just waited” and allowed the order to complete, they would refund the 11.38€ as site credit afterward.

Here is the exact message I received after paying for Super Express:

“Your PRO has been informed that you have express option already. Super Express means that your order have high priority to a PRO, but there are other orders before yours, once PRO will complete them, they will come to you as well fast as possible.”

So, I paid 11.38€ for “high priority” … but was told there were multiple orders before mine. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for Super Express.

Fast forward to today — I left an honest review on Trustpilot explaining what happened. Suddenly, SkyCoach reached out privately offering to resolve the situation if I removed my review.

They agreed to:

Complete my order properly

Refund the 11.38€ to site credits

Provide one small additional service for free (which was directly linked to the activity already being completed)

They then told me to “meet us halfway,” which clearly meant I should delete my review first. I agreed based on their promises.

Once the review was removed, they:

Completed the base order (which I had already paid for)

Did NOT provide the promised free service

Did NOT refund the 11.38€

Ignored me again

This feels dishonest and manipulative. I was misled about Super Express priority, ignored by support, and then pressured into removing a review with promises that were not honored.

Stay away from SkyCoach.

I will not be using their services again.
