I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive business practices at Skycoach.gg. I placed a large order for Diablo 2: Resurrected (D2R) runes on the current ladder after explicitly confirming with their support agent ("Mia") that the pricing and platform (Xbox) were correct.
After I paid and my order was processed (Order ID: DB78940), I was told by another agent ("Jerry") that it was one of the "biggest orders for runes" they had seen. However, shortly after, they claimed there was a pricing error on their site and demanded I pay extra to have my order delivered.
When I refused to pay for their mistake, they:
Refused to honor the original purchase price.
Refused to issue a full refund to my original payment method.
Attempted to force me into taking "store credit" or "exchanging the service" for something I don't want.
It has been over a week, and they are still "checking what can be done" while holding my money hostage. A company's technical error is not the customer's responsibility. If you cannot fulfill an order at the price you advertised and accepted payment for, you are legally and ethically required to provide a full refund.
I have screenshots of the entire conversation and will be filing a dispute with my bank/payment provider if this isn't resolved immediately. Avoid this site if you value your time and money.
