I’m sharing another update because the company continues to overlook my genuine concerns and replies with the same automated message. My account remains unverified, and my withdrawal of CAD 15,342 has not been processed, despite providing: • Government ID
• Proof of address
• Bank-stamped document confirming my debit card
• Personalized debit card with my name
• Screenshot of the exact deposit
• A full video demonstrating that the account and card are mine There are no valid excuses left, yet the company keeps sending the same scripted response without any progress, answers, or transparency. At this point, it feels like the truth is irrelevant.
It seems as though there’s no oversight on these actions, allowing them to operate without repercussions. The company appears unable to accept that I won a jackpot.
They prefer players to lose — that’s when they manage to process things quickly.
But when someone wins, everything suddenly goes “under review.” My funds are stuck.
