i had one or two accounts that gave me less gems than stated but it wasnt by much, havent had any issues with logging in, the most common issue i run into is changing emails on hoyoverse games however this is a hoyoverse issue and not a seller issue (the "too many attempts" prompt they've been using to try limit the sale of accounts) but i havent experienced the accounts being logged in by others or anything like that which was something i initially worried about ^.^their customer service can be quite bad and some accounts (genshin) have taken up to a day to come however i've always received them and they have (almost) always had what was advertisedoverall recommend
