I booked with this company because their advertised prices were good, but it turned out that it was a “special promotion” where you had to show up 4 hours prior and carried no luggage. In other words, a “stand-by” status flight. Deceptive..no refunds. Could not cancel the transaction either. I was thus forced into taking a flight one day prior to when I needed to go and to land at another airport than what I had planned for. He said this was all spelled out on the site. Haven't found any of that yet. And now I'm stuck. Won't be using them again because I don't like bait and switch deals. Now I am forced into getting overnight accommodations and changing ground transportation arrangements, dragging luggage around all over and paying extra for all of it. On the up side I am saving only a couple of hundred dollars on the flight itself but the inconvenience isn't worth it. Once the charge cleared on credit card I did get immediate contact from a service representative named Willow letting me know boarding passes confirmed and would be available closer to the flight. She was pleasant and none of this was her fault. That being said, the inconvenience and the difficulty this deal caused me is memorable. And I don't need this again. I will remember this one.
