I was originally scheduled to leave DCA on 8/29/2023 but I changed my date to 9/8/2023 the first agent was very rude and gave me the incorrect additional amount I needed to pay. He put me on hold and never came back. I hung up and called back about 15 min later getting a different agent who was absolutely wonderful it took about 20 min but he was very helpful and kind however I do not remember his name but he was definitely an asset to SWA.
