This is a scammer and this is what I learned from the Airline company. They book tickets for Customer A at a lower price and charge Customer B for the same trip at a higher price, Customer A will get confirmation from the airline company and think it is all real. Then, when Customer B realizes it is not their trip, they will deny the charge. Customer A's trip will be canceled as a result by the airline company.
