Pietro was exceptional in helping us plan our entire trip. From excursions to Pompeii, Florence, to dinners, to private tours, to car services you name it! Samuel met us on arrival and showed us around. He could not have been any kinder! And he made sure there was a great bottle of wine and waters waiting for us! Much needed since our luggage didn’t arrive on our flight. Everything was spotless. And he was always available if we needed anything. Same with Tancredi! This is founder owned and operated so the level of passion and care is felt! We can’t wait to book again at one of their other properties
