The actual price for an ESTA, as confirmed today on the official website, is only 21 USD.It appears that you are charging an exorbitant fee without any prior disclosure (your website does not clearly state the amount to be charged), and this is completely unacceptable.I understand that a full refund is impossible since the ESTA has already been issued.
