I ordered 1 bottle only as you just dont know if it will work. Im glad only 1 was bought as I followed the instructions and the product didn't work. Customer service will not give you a refund as they state under FDA guidelines if a bottlen is opened they can not issue a refund which to be honest should be reviewed as customers will only but 1 to test the product and if it doesn't work should be entitled to a refund. (to try the product you need to open it!)I wouldnt buy again.In reply to their comment, in your email there was no 90 day comment at all and I also stated I followed the instructions of your normal skin routine and then application over night! I used the product 4 nights in a row and didn't see any changes. I didn't mind that it didn't work but I do mind you stating in your comment you don't know what Im complaining about! How rude. I think you need to have a change in approach as a retailer as I have also worked in retail for decades and haven't spoken to customers the way you just did.The review is an honest review on your product and I hope this doesn't happen to others.
