Overall, this was a weird Company to buy from! I wanted to share my recent experience with an order I placed for your three-month gummy supply through a Facebook advertisement. After I made the purchase, I guess my order was processed, and I was charged accordingly. After approximately three weeks had passed without any email confirmation or tracking information, I became concerned that this might have been a fraudulent transaction. As a result, I initiated a dispute with my bank and received a temporary credit for the purchase.However, I was surprised to receive the package containing the gummies earlier this week. While I did receive the product I ordered and have recently started using it, the overall experience was quite unusual. I still have not received any emails regarding my order, nor were there any additional items like stickers or promotional offers included in the shipment. Furthermore, I have sent several messages to your company regarding this experience, but have not received any response. Their phone number is also disconnected. While I have now received the gummies, the lack of communication and standard order updates has been concerning. Even if I find the product to be satisfactory, I am hesitant to place future orders given this experience. I believe it is important for your company to address these issues with your order fulfillment and customer service processes to ensure a better experience for your customers. Also, to answer incoming messages about orders that were charged but no information was sent along to the buyer!
