We had booked a meet and greet service at Heathrow airport and were told to ring a mobile number 30 minutes prior to arrival. We called the number provided over 30 times but it was switched off. Skypark Secure offered no other means of contacting them on the day and so we were forced to purchase alternative parking at significant additional cost. When I complained to sky park secure and asked for a refund, they refused my request for a refund and told me it was nothing to do with them. Complete scam.
