We have just used SkyPaws to move our dog from London to Tokyo. Japan is one of the more difficult places to import a pet but with the help of Vicky the whole process felt completely seamless and much less overwhelming than I thought it might be. Other than take our dog to his vets appointments which Vicky scheduled for us we really didn't have to do anything at all. All paperwork was sorted and we had clear instructions of exactly what we needed to do and when. We can't thank Vicky & Bini enough - it made the whole move a lot less stressful, and our dog who is quite nervous took the whole thing in his stride too!
